Supporting customers and operators
Hispano-Suiza provides all support services expected by users of our products, either directly, or through the engine and aircraft manufacturers who are our customers.
For example, Hispano-Suiza delivers 24x7 logistic and technical support to A380 operators for the ETRAS® electrical thrust reverser actuation system. We have set up a global spare parts network, including warehouses in Singapore, Dubai, Paris and New York, to provide complete in-service support and deliver a quick response to all operator requirements.

With products in service on over 30,000 engines logging 700 million hours in flight, Hispano-Suiza has chalked up extensive operating feedback. We incorporate the lessons learned from this data right from the design of new products, to give our customers the high dispatch reliability they expect, backed by efficient support services.
