Hispano-Suiza’s Human Resources policy enables each employee to develop personally and professionally while contributing actively to the company’s success. The company’s changing needs mean that jobs and skills must adapt accordingly. To support all personnel in adjusting to these changes, Hispano-Suiza is deploying the Employment and Skills Planning initiative, strengthening our Employment & Mobility policy and rolling out new training programs. Additional efforts are also being made at management level to foster stronger team spirit in order to better serve our customers.

To meet the challenges ahead, Hispano-Suiza is constantly on the look-out for talented young people to fill technical and management posts with varying degrees of responsibility. Job opportunities are available in design, engineering, logistics, quality, sales and product support for young graduates from engineering or business schools with an excellent command of English and who are ready for an exciting challenge. At Hispano-Suiza, we actively encourage our new hires to demonstrate their openness, creativity and ability to work as part of a team.

Each year, the company offers combined work-study placements for students who have already completed five years of higher education to allow them to specialize.

Welcoming new employees

Hispano-Suiza deploys a dynamic program of activities to help new employees quickly adjust and succeed:
- Personal welcome by your new department or team.
- Detailed presentation of your position (assignments, contacts, objectives, etc.).
- Interview with your line manager and career development advisor at the end of your trial period.
- Three days of guided tours at different Hispano-Suiza entities and Safran group companies to learn about our businesses. This program is geared to meeting three priorities:
- Instill Safran Group values and corporate culture.
