Improvement initiative

Hispano-Suiza’s continuous improvement initiative, in line with our parent group’s Safran+ program, seeks to improve our quality, efficiency and responsiveness, all to deliver better service to our customers.

The Safran+ improvement initiative is deployed throughout Hispano-Suiza, encompassing design, engineering, production and support. It is based on an approach that seeks to simplify processes and enhance efficiency by employing the Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.

This approach has already delivered significant improvements in several key areas:
 Optimized Supply Chain
 Improved productivity
 Reduced overhead
 Development of teamwork to support customers.
